Getting Started

We are pleased to introduce secure online services through YourAccess.  

After signing-up, some of the things you can do include:

  • Receive a summary of your office visit 
  • View or download test results
  • Request medication refills
  • Request forms or send questions to your provider
  • Access our nursing staff for questions relating to your child

Healthcare for Minors

A reminder about minor children and the YourAccess patient portal
Because of the various laws surrounding healthcare of minors, all YourAccess portal accounts for children 12-18 years old will require the patient's approval to allow their portal account to be linked to their parents.  

At 12 years old, a child's portal account will be un-linked from their parent's account and at the child's next visit we will ask if the child would like us to continue to have their account accessible by their parent, or if they would prefer to have an account linked to a separate email.  At anytime between 12 and 18 years, the adolescent patient can update this setting.  Upon turning 18, the account will once again be un-linked from a parent's account (if linked) and we will ask the patient which email they prefer to use moving forward.
